Cancelation policy

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Marianthi Apartment is located in Nea Moudania, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 600 meters from the beach. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests and is situated in an area that provides easy access to the town center, shops, restaurants, and other facilities needed for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is designed to accommodate up to five guests. The bedroom is furnished with one double bed suitable for two people. The living room serves as both a relaxation area and additional sleeping space and includes a sofa bed and a bunk bed.

The kitchen is connected to the living room and is equipped for independent meal preparation during your stay. Guests have access to a refrigerator, electric stove with oven, coffee and tea maker, electric kettle, basic cooking equipment, cookware, dining and serving utensils, and kitchen utensils.

The bathroom is private and equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Towels, a hairdryer, soap, conditioner, and shower gel are provided.

The apartment features air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet access, a TV, washing machine, iron, and hot water throughout the stay. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The terrace offers additional outdoor space for relaxation during the day.

A baby cot is available upon request.

Private parking is not available on-site, but street parking can be found near the accommodation, subject to availability.
