Cancelation policy

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Description

Simon Apartment is located in Nea Moudania, on the mainland part of Halkidiki, approximately 165 meters from the beach. The accommodation is organized as an apartment and is suitable for up to 5 guests.

Accommodation

Simon Apartment includes a living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, two bathrooms, and a terrace. The space is modernly furnished, functionally arranged, and suitable for everyday living.

The living room is equipped with a corner sofa that can also be used as a sleeping area for one person. A spacious dining area is located within the same space.

One bedroom features two single beds joined together, while the other bedroom is furnished with a double bed.

The kitchen is separate and fully equipped for meal preparation during the stay.

The apartment has two separate bathrooms. One is equipped with a shower, while the other, in addition to basic sanitary elements, includes a washing machine available for guest use.

The living area opens onto a spacious terrace with a table and chairs, suitable for outdoor use and dining.

Guests are provided with Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, and street parking available near the property. A baby cot can be provided upon request.
