Villa Iris 1&2

Villa Iris 1&2 is located in Agios Mamas, on the Kassandra peninsula, in the Halkidiki region, approximately 230 meters from the beach. The property consists of two separate villas that can accommodate from 9 to 12 guests, making them a suitable choice for larger families or groups of friends. Guests have access to a landscaped garden, terrace, barbecue facilities, private parking, and free Wi-Fi.

Villa Iris 1 accommodates up to 12 guests. The villa features three separate bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three private bathrooms, a terrace, and a landscaped garden.

The bedrooms provide accommodation for up to twelve guests in total, while the living room is intended for shared relaxation and is equipped with a TV, a sofa bed, and a fireplace. The first bedroom features a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and one single bed.

The kitchen allows guests to prepare meals independently during their stay. It is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee/tea maker, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, cooking essentials, and a trash compactor.

The villa has three private bathrooms, all equipped with showers, while one bathroom also includes a bathtub. Guests are provided with a washbasin, toilet, hair dryer, body soap, conditioner, shower gel, and hot water.

The accommodation includes air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, a washing machine, a fireplace, bed linen, and towels.

The bedrooms provide accommodation for up to nine guests. The living room is intended for shared relaxation and is equipped with a TV and a seating area. One bedroom features a double bed, the second bedroom has two joined single beds, while the third bedroom contains two small double beds.
