Cancelation policy
• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

MelMare Apartments are located in Nea Moudania, within the Nea Propontida area, on the Halkidiki peninsula, approximately 260 meters from the beach. The property offers three apartments that can accommodate from 5 to 6 guests, depending on the unit.
Accommodation
MelMare Apartments consist of three separate units: MelMare Azuro Apartment, MelMare Verde Apartment, and MelMare Sol Apartment. All units are organized as apartments with a living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, along with a terrace.
MelMare Azuro Apartment (up to 5 guests)
The apartment features two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed suitable for two persons. The living room includes a corner sofa that can be used as an additional bed for one person. The space is arranged for everyday living, with a TV and a seating area. The kitchen is connected to the dining area and allows for meal preparation during the stay. The bathroom is private. The terrace is furnished with outdoor seating and offers a sea view.
MelMare Verde Apartment (up to 6 guests)
This apartment has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The living room is spacious and includes sofa beds that can accommodate additional guests. The kitchen is functionally equipped, and the bathroom is private and fitted with a shower. The terrace overlooks the street and has a partial sea view.
MelMare Sol Apartment (up to 6 guests)
The layout is similar to the Verde apartment. There are two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The living room includes sofa beds for additional sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is part of the apartment and equipped for preparing meals, while the bathroom is private and includes a shower. The terrace is suitable for outdoor use and overlooks the street.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and provide Wi-Fi internet and a TV. Guests also have access to a washing machine (in selected units), an iron, and basic amenities for daily use.
Parking is available as public street parking near the property.
