Villa Ostria

Villa Ostria is located in Nea Moudania, on the Kassandra peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 195 meters from the beach. The property consists of one villa accommodating up to 10 guests. Situated in a peaceful setting among olive groves, close to the town center, it features a spacious courtyard, landscaped garden, private parking, and outdoor areas for relaxation.

Accommodation

Villa Ostria features four separate bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, three private bathrooms, terraces, verandas, and an additional shared area on the upper floor.

The first bedroom is furnished with one double bed and two single beds. The second bedroom contains two single beds. The third and fourth bedrooms each feature one double bed. On the upper floor, there is an additional shared space with beds and a bathroom, intended to accommodate the remaining guests.

The living room serves as the central gathering area and is connected to the kitchen, with direct access to the terraces and garden.

In the kitchen, guests have access to a refrigerator, stove with cooking hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, dining table, basic cooking equipment, cookware, serving dishes, and kitchen utensils. A baby high chair and a baby cot are also available for guests.

The villa has three private bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub or shower, washbasin, and toilet. Towels, a hairdryer, and toilet paper are provided.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, washing machine, iron, fans, mosquito nets, bed linen, towels, and clothes racks.
