Cancelation policy
• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Description
Marisol House is located in the town of Nea Moudania, on the Halkidiki peninsula, and is approximately 455 meters from the beach. This is a spacious, family-friendly house designed to accommodate up to 8 guests.
Accommodation
Marisol House is organized as a standalone house that includes four separate bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, two bathrooms, and an outdoor area with a yard and garden.
Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, the third bedroom features one double bed and one single bed, while the fourth bedroom has one single bed. This layout provides comfortable accommodation for larger families or groups of guests.
The living room is a central space for relaxation and socializing and is connected to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing all types of meals during the stay and includes all necessary appliances and utensils.
The house features two separate bathrooms, both equipped with bathtubs and essential toiletries.
Guests have access to a yard with landscaped green areas and a relaxation space. The outdoor area includes a barbecue and outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying warm days.
