Cancelation policy

• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Carmen Sea View is located in the village of Sozopoli, in the Halkidiki region, approximately 60 meters from the beach. The property is situated near the coastline and offers two identical maisonettes suitable for accommodating up to 7 persons.
Accommodation
Carmen Sea View offers two maisonettes organized across multiple levels. Each accommodation unit includes three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, an additional toilet, and a terrace with sea view.
Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third bedroom contains two single beds. The living room is intended for everyday relaxation and shared stay and is connected to the kitchen and dining area.
The kitchens are functionally equipped for meal preparation during the stay. Guests have access to an electric stove with oven or stovetop, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, basic cooking equipment, dishes for food preparation and serving, and kitchen utensils.
Bathrooms are private and equipped with a bathtub and basic toiletries. Guests are provided with a hairdryer, towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap, and hot water. Each maisonette also includes an additional toilet with a shower.
All accommodation units are equipped with two air conditioning units, one on each floor of the property, a TV, and Wi-Fi internet access. Bed linen and towels are available to guests.
The terraces are furnished with outdoor seating furniture and offer sea and beach views. Additional outdoor lighting is available in the exterior area of the property for a safer stay during evening hours.
Free parking is available within the property.
