Cancelation policy

• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Alkiviadis Maisonette is located in the Portaria Beach area, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 175 meters from the beach. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and is suitable for family holidays or stays with a small group of friends.

Alkiviadis Maisonette features two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a private bathroom, a terrace, and a courtyard.
The house can accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed suitable for two people. The second bedroom is equipped with three single beds and is suitable for children or additional guests. The living room serves as the central area of the house for relaxation and everyday activities and is furnished with seating furniture and a TV.
The kitchen is connected to the dining area and is equipped for meal preparation during your stay. Guests have access to a refrigerator, basic cooking utensils, cookware, serving dishes, kitchen accessories, and a dining area.
The bathroom is private and equipped with a bathtub, washbasin, and toilet. Towels, soap, hair conditioner, and shower gel are provided.
