Cancelation policy

• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Description
Villa Amelia is located in Mouries, on the Kassandra peninsula in the Halkidiki region, approximately 460 meters from the beach. The property consists of one villa designed to accommodate up to 6 guests. The villa features a private swimming pool, landscaped outdoor area, and views of the sea and surrounding area.
Accommodation
Villa Amelia offers two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two private bathrooms, a terrace, and a private swimming pool.
The two bedrooms are designed to accommodate guests, while additional sleeping arrangements allow the villa to host up to six people in total. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom features two single beds.
The kitchen is equipped for independent meal preparation during your stay. Guests have access to a refrigerator, oven, toaster, coffee and tea maker, electric kettle, basic cooking equipment, cookware, serving dishes, and kitchen utensils.
The villa features two private bathrooms. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. A hairdryer, liquid soap, shower gel, and hair conditioner are provided for guests.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and includes Wi-Fi internet access, a TV, washing machine, iron, clothes hangers, mosquito nets, bed linen, towels, and hot water throughout the stay.
Guests can enjoy a terrace with outdoor seating, a landscaped garden, and a private swimming pool. The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and open-air living, offering views of the sea and surrounding landscape. The villa also has a private entrance.
