Cancelation policy

• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Giota Hill House is located in the town of Nea Moudania, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 1.85 km from the beach. The house is situated in a quieter part of the settlement and is designed to accommodate up to 7 guests.

Giota Hill House is a standalone property consisting of four bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two private bathrooms, and multiple terraces designed for outdoor relaxation.
The house is suitable for larger families or groups. Three bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the fourth bedroom has one single bed. The living room serves as a central shared space for relaxation and includes a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area connected to the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during the stay. It includes a cooking stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, dining table, basic cooking essentials, cookware, tableware, and kitchen utensils.
