Cancelation policy
• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Sabbia Seafront Apartments is located in Nea Moudania, on the Kassandra peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 45 meters from the beach. The property consists of four apartments accommodating from 2 to 6 guests.

Sabbia Seafront Apartments offers four apartments of different layouts and capacities. All accommodation units feature a kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, and a terrace with outdoor seating. Most apartments offer sea views.
Sabbia Seafront Studio Apartment 1 accommodates up to 3 guests. The studio consists of a single open-plan space with a double bed and a sofa bed. Guests have access to a kitchenette with a dining table, a private bathroom, and a terrace with sea views. Air conditioning, a TV, a washing machine, and a safe are also available.
Sabbia Seafront Apartment 2 accommodates up to 6 guests. The apartment features two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a private bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed suitable for two additional guests. Guests have access to a sea-view terrace, air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi internet, and a washing machine.

One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom contains two single beds. A sofa bed is available in the living room. Guests can enjoy a sea-view terrace, air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi internet, and amenities suitable for a comfortable family stay.
Sabbia Seafront Apartment 4 also accommodates up to 5 guests. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two private bathrooms. One bedroom is furnished with two single beds, while the other features a double bed. A sofa bed is located in the living room. The apartment offers a terrace with sea views and an outdoor area intended for guests’ relaxation.
The kitchens are equipped for self-catering during the stay. Guests have access to an electric stove with oven and cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee and tea maker, electric kettle, toaster, basic cooking utensils, cookware, serving dishes, kitchenware, and a dining table.
The bathrooms are private and equipped with a shower and basic toiletries. Towels, a hairdryer, soap, and shower gel are provided.
All accommodation units feature air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, a TV, bed linen, towels, a private entrance, and hot water throughout the stay. Selected apartments also offer a washing machine, safe, and additional clothing storage space.
Free parking is available on-site. A baby cot is available upon request.
