Cancelation policy

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Description

Mpia House is located in Nea Moudania, on the Kassandra peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 530 meters from the beach. The accommodation is organized as a single apartment and is suitable for up to 5 persons. The property is located in the central part of the town, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and other facilities.

Mpia House includes a living room with a kitchen and dining area, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, and a terrace.

One bedroom features a queen size bed suitable for two persons, while the second bedroom has two single beds. In the living room, there is a corner sofa suitable for accommodating one additional person. The living area is organized as a shared space for relaxation and includes a fireplace.

The kitchen is part of the open-plan living area and is functionally equipped for meal preparation during the stay. The dining area is positioned within the same space.

The bathroom is separate and equipped with a shower. The apartment has access to a terrace that provides additional outdoor living space.

Guests have access to Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, and street parking near the property, subject to availability. A baby cot can be provided upon request.
