Aeli Vista Apartments is located in Neos Marmaras, on the Sithonia peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, 400 meters from Paradisos Beach. The property offers apartment-type accommodation units with side sea view and sea view, suitable for 2 to 4 guests.

Accommodation

The property offers apartments designed to accommodate up to four people. They are similarly equipped, with the main difference being a direct or side sea view from the spacious terrace. Each unit is organized as a functional whole that includes a separate bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and dining area, and a private bathroom.

The apartment consists of one bedroom featuring a double bed for two persons, a mirror, a wardrobe, and air conditioning. The living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed, a mirror, a TV, air conditioning, and a dining table.

The kitchen is part of the living room and is equipped with two electric stovetops and a refrigerator, as well as complete cookware and utensils for meal preparation and serving (plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots, pans, kettle, toaster, and espresso coffee machine).

The bathroom is separate and functionally equipped, featuring a shower and all necessary amenities.

Apartments have a terrace with outdoor furniture (table and four chairs), a drying rack, and either a sea view or a side sea view.

The units are air-conditioned (air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room) and equipped with a flat-screen TV. Additional amenities include a desk, wardrobe, and mosquito nets.

Wi-Fi internet is not available in the property.
Parking is not available within the property.

Bed linen is changed and full cleaning is carried out every two days.
