Nature Green House

Nature Green House is located in Akti Elia, on the Sithonia peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 260 meters from the beach. The villa is situated in a peaceful natural setting surrounded by greenery and is suitable for accommodating up to 8 guests. The property features a private yard, garden, and outdoor area intended for guests’ relaxation during their stay.

Accommodation

The accommodation includes three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, two private bathrooms, and terraces overlooking the surrounding nature and mountain landscape. One bedroom is furnished with a smaller double bed, while the other two bedrooms each contain two single beds.

The interior is organized to provide a separate sleeping area and a shared living space intended for daily gatherings and relaxation. The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area and arranged for a comfortable longer stay.

The kitchen is functionally equipped for meal preparation during the stay. Guests have access to an electric stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee and tea maker, toaster, electric kettle, basic cooking equipment, cookware and serving dishes, kitchen utensils, and a dining table.

The bathrooms are private and equipped with a shower and basic toiletries. Towels, a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, and shower gel are available to guests. Hot water is provided throughout the stay.

All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned and offer Wi-Fi internet access. Guests also have access to a TV, bed linen, towels, iron, ironing board, washing machine, fans, and clothing storage space.

The outdoor area of the property includes a yard, garden, terrace with seating furniture, and barbecue facilities intended for guest use during the stay. Certain parts of the property offer views of the surrounding mountains and natural environment.

Free private parking is available within the property. A baby cot is available on request. The owner resides in a separate part of the property without affecting guests’ privacy.
