Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Villa Maria Studios & Apartments is a family hotel situated close to the center of Parga and 250m from the beach. Its accomodation consists of fully equiped large appartments and studios. Its owners, a three member family, will be delighted to serve all your needs and answer your questions about having a pleasant time in Parga.

Studios (2+1)

Three studios have double bed for 2 persons and the green studio one has extra sofa bed in kitchen for 3 persons. Studios also have LCD TV 32".

Apartment B1 (4+1 persons)

Apartment on second floor on back side with view to olive trees. It has 2 separate bedrooms as you see one with double bed and one with 2 single beds and one sofa bed. Has two 24" and 28" tv and kitchen with oven.

Apartment A (4-6 persons)

Very large apartment on first floor, front side with garden view, big living room with 42" Tv and two 32 " tvs on bedrooms. Has 2 separate bedrooms one with double bed and one with 2 single beds. On living room has 2 sofa beds for 2 extra persons so can take total 6 persons. Also on kitchen has big oven and washing machine.
