Description

Villa Magdalena is located 320 meters from the beach in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. It offers luxurious and modern accommodation for up to 6 people with a private pool and a spacious terrace.

Accommodation

The villa consists of two levels connected by stairs. The first level consists of a living room and a kitchen, while the first floor features three bedrooms with double beds. The villa offers two bathrooms with shower cabins, as well as an additional toilet.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a fridge, an oven, a stovetop, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and an ironing equipment. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests have at their disposal a spacious terrace with an outdoor area for sitting and dining, as well as a private pool surrounded by comfortable lazy bags.

Free parking is possible on the street in front of the accommodation. Pets are not allowed.
