Cancelation policy

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Casa Mocha is located in Vourvourou, on the Sithonia Peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 165 meters from the beach. The property consists of one house accommodating up to 5 guests. Guests have access to a private swimming pool, landscaped garden, private parking, and a spacious outdoor area designed for relaxation.

Accommodation

Casa Mocha features two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, one private bathroom, a terrace, a private swimming pool, and a landscaped garden.

The house accommodates up to five guests. The two bedrooms are intended for the main accommodation, while an additional sleeping space is available in the living room, allowing a maximum occupancy of five guests.

The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area, serving as the central space for everyday living, relaxation, and spending time together during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. Guests have access to a refrigerator, oven, toaster, coffee and tea maker, electric kettle, dining table, kitchen utensils, cookware and serving dishes, cooking essentials, and a trash compactor.

The house has one private bathroom equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Guests are provided with a hair dryer, shampoo, liquid soap, shower gel, hair conditioner, towels, and hot water throughout their stay.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, TV, iron, ironing board, clothing storage, mosquito nets, portable fans, bed linen, and towels.

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool with a relaxation area, a terrace, a large front yard with a lawn, an olive tree, and a plane tree, as well as an additional rear garden offering extra privacy. A barbecue area with grilling equipment is also available in the yard.

The property has a private entrance, and guest check-in is conducted in person upon arrival.

Private parking is available on-site free of charge.

For additional guest safety, the house is equipped with a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, emergency exit, and outdoor lighting.
