Cancelation policy

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Nikiti Central Suites is located in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, in the Halkidiki region, approximately 725 m from the beach. The property offers modern suites accommodating up to 4 guests, making it a suitable choice for couples, families with children, or small groups. Nikiti Central Suites consists of suites designed to accommodate up to four guests. Each accommodation unit includes a sleeping area, a living room with a kitchen, a private bathroom, and a terrace.

The sleeping area features a double bed for two guests, while the living room includes a double sofa bed, providing sleeping space for two additional guests.

The living room is connected to the kitchen and is equipped with a 50-inch Smart TV. The kitchen allows guests to prepare light meals during their stay and includes a refrigerator, coffee and tea maker, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, and basic cooking essentials.
