Cancelation policy

• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Villa Elia Olynthos is located in Olynthos, within the Nea Propontida area, on the Halkidiki peninsula, approximately 2.25 km from the beach. The villa is suitable for accommodating up to 9 guests.
Accommodation
Villa Elia Olynthos is situated in a natural olive grove setting and is organized as an independent villa consisting of a living room, three separate bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, two bathrooms, terraces, a courtyard, and a garden.
The villa features three bedrooms designed to accommodate up to nine guests. All three bedrooms are furnished with one double bed each. In the living room, there is a large corner sofa bed, while an additional area located between the bedrooms contains one single bed. The living room is intended for daily use and relaxation and is equipped with a TV and air conditioning.
The kitchen is separate and functionally equipped for preparing meals during the stay. It is connected to the dining area and contains essential appliances and kitchenware for everyday use. Guests have access to two private bathrooms equipped with showers and basic bathroom amenities.
The terraces are intended for outdoor use and overlook the natural surroundings and olive grove. Within the outdoor area, guests also have access to the courtyard, garden, and barbecue area.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and provides Wi-Fi internet access. Guests also have access to a washing machine, iron, drying rack, and additional amenities for everyday use. The villa has a private entrance and secured private parking within the property.
The property is equipped with outdoor security cameras placed in the exterior areas of the villa.
