Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
Description
Kalyves Del Mare is located in Kalives, within the Poligiros area, on the Halkidiki peninsula, approximately 90 meters from the beach. The apartment is suitable for accommodating up to 4 guests.
Accommodation
Kalyves Del Mare is situated on the first floor of a residential complex with a shared fenced courtyard. The apartment is organized as a single unit and includes a living room, one separate bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace with a sea view.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed intended for two persons, air conditioning, and a chest of drawers for storage. The living room contains two single beds intended for guest accommodation, as well as a Smart TV.
The kitchen is functionally equipped for everyday meal preparation during the stay and contains basic appliances and kitchen utensils for use. The bathroom is private and equipped with a shower and standard bathroom amenities.
The terrace offers a view of the sea and the beach and is furnished with outdoor seating furniture suitable for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and Wi-Fi internet is provided. Guests also have access to a washing machine, Smart TV, and additional amenities for everyday use.
Within the complex, there is a large shared fenced courtyard with a park area and swings for children. Guests are provided with a private parking space within the property.
