Cancelation policy
• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Description
Topos Maisonettes are located in Kalives, within the Polygyros area on the Halkidiki peninsula, approximately 1.05 km from the beach. The complex consists of two identically equipped maisonettes situated in a quieter part of the village, surrounded by nature and overlooking the garden. Both maisonettes are suitable for up to 5 guests.
Accommodation
Topos Maisonettes include two independent maisonettes with identical layout and equipment. Each accommodation unit features a living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and an outdoor space intended for guests’ use.
The bedrooms are intended for guest accommodation, while additional sleeping space is arranged in the living room. The living area is designed for everyday relaxation and is equipped with a TV and air conditioning. On the lower level, there is a bedroom furnished with two single beds and a corner sofa bed. Next to the living room, which also includes a sofa, there is an additional area with one single bed intended for extra accommodation.
The kitchen is connected to the dining and living area and is functionally equipped for meal preparation during the stay. Guests have access to an oven with stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee/tea maker, kettle, and essential kitchen utensils for everyday use. The bathroom is private and equipped with a shower and basic toiletries.
The outdoor area includes a garden with outdoor seating furniture and an outdoor barbecue intended for meal preparation during the stay.
The maisonettes are air-conditioned and provide Wi-Fi internet access. Guests also have access to a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, bed linen, and towels. A baby cot can also be provided upon request.
Parking within the property is not available, but street parking is possible nearby.
Transfer and excursion organization services are also available at an additional charge.
