Description

Giota Studios are located 20 meters from the beach of Toroni, on Sithonia penninsula.

The accommodation offers three studios for 3-4 guests, set on a private road behind the tavern where you can enjoy the local cuisine of Sithonia with fresh meat and seafood.

Also in the front of our facilities there is a restaurant - tavern with local Mediterranean.

Accommodation

Triple Studio No.1 is located on the first floor, has a double bed and a single bed, and offers back yard view.

Two quadruple studios No. 2 and No.3 are located on the first floor (one has two smaller double beds and the other a double bed and a bunk bed) and both offer sea view.

Each studio has a kitchen that includes a fridge, a two-burner stove, an electric kettle and basic kitchenware, as well as a private bathroom with a shower.

The studios are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are provided and are changed every 5 days.

Each unit is provided with two sunbeds and an umbrella for free (they must be carried and returned to the property).

A yard with a brick barbecue and free private parking are at guests' disposal.

Sve preporuke za Giota smeštaj, ko nije zahtevan. Smeštaj je tipičan grčki, čist i uredan, vlasnici ljubazni za svaku saradnju. Lokacija ekstra – radnja sa jedne, a pekara sa druge strane. Mi smo prezadovoljni, a samo more, plaža Toroni je čista desetka i kada duva vetar, more je čisto i bistro.

Danas smo dosli u trokrevetni smjestaj br 1 na prvom spratu i prvi utisak je UZASAN:disappointed_relieved: sve je jako malo,skuceno,staro i sto je najgore terasa nam je iznad kuhinje restorana i osjeti se kuvanje da ne mozes sjediti na terasi.Osjeti se vlaga sobi jako.Odnos cijene i kvaliteta nula, jako smo razocarani...

Bili smo prvi gosti u App. 9, kraj juna 2018 god. Sve perfektno, prvenstveno vlasnici. Uvek na usluzi, ne smetaju, nisu dosadni.... U cenu ulazi i klima, lezaljke su ispred objekta i nose se do plaze, koja je 30 m od smestaja. Voda nije bas za malu decu, jer nema plicaka. Nazalost, ove godine nema mesta u terminu koji nama odgovara, od 24.06. Cena je bila, za nas 60 E po noci, sto je za 20 E niza nego na Nikana.gr. Cisto da znate. Smestaj je zaista EKSTRA. Toliko....I srecno!!!

Da li neko moze da mi kaze kakva je plaza ispred ville i da li je postepena dubina posto imam malu decu i kakvi su suncobrani i lezaljke...hvala puno.

Mi smo bili ove godine u periodu od 23. 07. - 06.08 u apartmanu na trecem spratu. Bio je odlican, dve velike sobe,dva balkona, lepa nova kuhinja, cisto i lepo kupatilo, menjanje posteljine i peskira na svaka 4 dana. Plaza na 30 metara, odmah do vile je market,restoran, domacini ljubazni, proveli smo se super. Opet bi se odlucili za ovaj smestaj. Preporucujemo ga...dajemo cistu desetku.

Početkom avgusta smo boravili u ovoj vili u prizemlju, dvokrevetni apartman je u pitanju. Potvrđujem sve gore napisano, ali mi nismo baš toliko zadovoljni da bismo se opet vratili. Nas je čistačica obilazila i ni jedan jedini put nam apartman nije očišćen, a posteljinu i peškire nam je ostavila na terasi. Vlasnik je izašao u susret kada su nam bili potrebni dodatni peškiri i vrlo je ljubazan. Kuhinja je opremljena veoma oskudno, samo najosnovnije sadrži. Još jedna velika zamerka, vrata od wc-a su harmonika, nisu mogla dobro da se zatvore i ogromnu buku su pravila pri otvaranju i zatvaranju što je nama jako smetalo zbog bebe u susednoj sobi. Plaža je prelepa i more čisto, mirno i toplo, što je bilo savršeno za našu bebu, kao i sama blizina plaže. Internet je vrlo loš većinom dana, ukoliko nekom treba za posao to treba da uzme u obzir. Restoranom nismo uopšte zadovoljni, hrana je skupa, porcije oskudne i prosečno pripremljene. Toroni je divno mesto za porodice sa malom decom i pored zamerki smo se zaista lepo proveli. Sve u svemu za smeštaj šestica ili sedmica.

Mi smo bili ove godine u periodu od 16. do 31. jula. Nama se bas svidelo. Bili smo u apartmanu broj 5 u prizemlju koji se sastoji od dve spavace sobe, kuhinje, kupatila i prostrane verande na kojoj je sto za rucavanje sa stolicama i susilica za ves. Ispred je manje dvoriste. Izmedju apartmana i plaze nalazi se restoran sa prilicno dobrom hranom koji drze vlasnici apartmana. Vlasnici su inace divni i ljubazni. Plaza je na nekih 30ak metara i jako je lepa, cista i nema guzve. U cenu ulazi i neophodan broj lezaljki i suncobran, koji ponesete sa sobom do plaze. Klima ima, mislim da je ukljucena u cenu, ali mi je nismo ni ukljucivali jer nije bilo potrebe. U kuhinji se nalazi mini pecnica sa ringlama, napa, frizider, posudje, escajg i sl. U sobi lcd tv. Cista posteljina i peskiri se dobijaju svakih 5 dana. Ukoliko opet budemo dolazili u Toroni, uzeli bismo ponovo ovaj smestaj..
