Cancelation policy

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Description

Famiglia Nest is located in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 145 meters from the beach. The maisonette is situated close to the coastline and facilities intended for guests’ daily needs and is suitable for accommodating up to 5 persons.

Accommodation

Famiglia Nest is a two-level maisonette and includes a living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an additional toilet, terraces, and an outdoor area with a courtyard and garden.

One bedroom is furnished with a double bed intended for the accommodation of two persons, while the second bedroom features two single beds. An additional sleeping area is organized in the living room. The living area is intended for everyday relaxation and guests’ stay and is equipped with a TV and air conditioning, while a sofa bed is also available in this space.

The kitchen is functionally equipped for meal preparation during the stay. Guests have access to a refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, and basic kitchen equipment for everyday use.

The maisonette has one bathroom equipped with a shower and an additional toilet. Basic bathroom amenities are available to guests.

The outdoor area includes a courtyard, garden, and a space intended for outdoor stay and relaxation during the day. Guests also have access to a barbecue intended for food preparation within the outdoor area.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and Wi-Fi internet is provided.

Parking within the property is not available, but street parking is possible near the accommodation.
