Stella Maisonette

Stella Maisonette is located in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula in the Halkidiki region, approximately 200 meters from the beach. The maisonette is situated in a quieter part of the town, close to amenities intended for guests’ daily needs, and is suitable for accommodating up to 6 persons.

Accommodation

Stella Maisonette is organized as a multi-level maisonette and includes a living room, three separate bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, two bathrooms, several terraces, and an outdoor area with a courtyard and garden.

The living room is intended for guests’ daily relaxation and stay and is connected to the kitchen and dining area. This space includes a corner sofa, TV, and air conditioning. The living room opens onto a terrace with a view of the surroundings and the mountainous part of the area.

The maisonette features three bedrooms intended to accommodate up to six persons. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third bedroom contains two single beds. Each bedroom has access to a terrace and storage space for clothes.

The kitchen is functionally equipped for preparing meals during the stay. Guests have access to a stove with an oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee/tea maker, dining table, and basic kitchen utensils for everyday use.

The maisonette has two bathrooms equipped with showers and basic toiletries. Towels, a hairdryer, and bathroom amenities are available to guests.

The outdoor area includes a courtyard, garden, and a space intended for outdoor stay. Guests also have access to an outdoor barbecue for food preparation during their stay.
