Description

Ariston House is located 300 meters from the beach in Nikiti, on the Sithonia Peninsula. The house accommodates up to 6 adults and 2 children and features a private garden.

Accommodation

The house is spread over two levels connected by stairs.

The ground floor consists of an air-conditioned living room with a corner sofa that converts into a bed for up to 3 people and an additional fold-out armchair, a fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet.

The upper floor features two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. An air-conditioning unit is located in the hallway.

The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The house offers two terraces with outdoor seating and dining areas.

Guests can enjoy a private garden where barbecue facilities can be used upon request.

Private parking is not available; however, vehicles can be parked on the surrounding streets or in a public parking area located 100 meters from the property.
