Villa George Nikiti is located in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 325 meters from the beach. The property consists of two apartments designed to accommodate from 5 to 6 guests.

Accommodation

Villa George Nikiti includes one ground-floor apartment and one first-floor apartment. Both accommodation units feature two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and dining area, a private bathroom, and terraces overlooking the courtyard and surrounding area.

The ground-floor apartment is suitable for up to four adults and two children. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed for two guests, while the second bedroom contains two single beds. In the living room, there is a sofa suitable for accommodating two children up to 13 years old. The living room is connected to the kitchen and serves as the central area for shared daily activities.

The first-floor apartment is intended for up to five adults. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the second bedroom contains two single beds. The living room features a sofa suitable for one additional guest. This apartment includes a terrace with outdoor seating furniture, as well as an additional smaller terrace.

The kitchens in both accommodation units are equipped for independent meal preparation during the stay. Guests have access to a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, a stove with a large oven and four ceramic hobs, a toaster, an electric kettle, basic cooking utensils, cookware, serving dishes, and kitchenware. The ground-floor apartment is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, while the first-floor apartment features a filter coffee machine.

The bathrooms are private and equipped with a shower cabin, washbasin, and toilet. A hairdryer is also available for guests.

Both accommodation units are equipped with two air-conditioning units, Wi-Fi internet access, two TVs, a washing machine, mosquito nets, bed linen, and towels.
