Cancelation policy

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

DeMar Apartments are located in Agios Nikolaos, on the Sithonia peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 1.45 km from the beach. The property offers four apartments that can accommodate from 4 to 5 guests, depending on the unit.

DeMar Apartments consist of four separate accommodation units, all air-conditioned and organized as apartments with a kitchen, bathroom, and terrace, with access to a yard and garden.

DeMar No 1 Apartment (up to 4 guests)

The apartment includes one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed for two persons. The living room includes a sofa bed suitable for two additional guests. The kitchen is functionally equipped and connected to the dining area. The bathroom is private and fitted with a shower. The terrace is intended for outdoor use and offers views of the surroundings and natural environment.

DeMar No 2 Apartment (up to 5 guests)

This apartment has two separate bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. One bedroom includes a double bed, while the other has a fold-out bed. The living room features a sofa bed suitable for one additional guest. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation, and the bathroom is private and fitted with a shower. The terrace is furnished with outdoor seating and overlooks the yard and greenery.

DeMar No 3 Apartment (up to 4 guests)

The apartment is organized similarly to No 1 and includes one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The bedroom contains a double bed for two persons, while the living room has a sofa bed for two additional guests. The kitchen is functionally equipped and connected to the dining area. The bathroom is private and fitted with a shower. The terrace is accessible from the apartment and suitable for outdoor use.

DeMar No 4 Apartment (up to 5 guests)

This apartment includes two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other is equipped with an additional bed for two persons. The living room includes a sofa bed for one additional guest. The kitchen is equipped for everyday meal preparation, and the bathroom is private and fitted with a shower. The terrace is intended for outdoor use and overlooks the surrounding area.

All apartments have access to a yard and garden, which are arranged and suitable for outdoor stay. The property is equipped with external video surveillance.

All units are air-conditioned and include Wi-Fi internet and a TV. Guests have access to a washing machine, iron, and additional everyday-use amenities.
