Memories House 2 is located in Agios Nikolaos, on the Sithonia peninsula in the Halkidiki region, approximately 2.55 km from the beach. The accommodation is organized as a ground-floor house and is suitable for up to 4 persons.

Memories House 2 consists of one accommodation unit organized as a ground-floor house that includes a living room with a kitchen and dining area, a separate bedroom, a private bathroom, and a private courtyard intended for guests’ outdoor stay.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed intended for two persons, while the living room contains two single beds intended for additional accommodation. The space is organized for everyday use and connected with the kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen is functionally equipped for meal preparation during the stay. Guests have access to an electric stove, two large refrigerators with freezer compartments, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a dining table, basic cooking equipment, and dishes for everyday use. A washing machine is also available in the accommodation.

The bathroom is private and equipped with a shower and basic toiletries. Guests are provided with towels, bathrobes, a hairdryer, and toilet paper.

The accommodation features a private courtyard with outdoor seating furniture and an outdoor dining area. The unit overlooks the inner courtyard and is located on the ground floor of the property.
