Description

Agios Nikolaos Pool Villa I is located in Agios Nikolaos on the Sithonia peninsula, approximately 2.10 km from the beach. It is situated on a larger estate with a shared pool area where two additional villas are located, while maintaining privacy for guests. The villa is suitable for 4 to 6 persons.

Accommodation

The villa is arranged over two levels and designed to clearly separate the living area from the sleeping quarters.

On the upper level, there is an open-plan space combining the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is connected to the living area and allows for meal preparation. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional persons. This space opens onto a spacious terrace with a view of the courtyard, pool, and surrounding area. A separate toilet is also located on this level.

The lower level is designated for rest and relaxation. The villa features two bedrooms—one equipped with a French (double) bed and an additional sofa bed, and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower is also located on this level.

The villa is surrounded by a landscaped courtyard with plenty of greenery and natural shade. In the central part of the yard, there is a swimming pool with an area for relaxation and sunbathing, equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

Guests also have access to a covered outdoor area with a barbecue and a dining table, ideal for outdoor meals. A seating area is also available in the yard.

Private parking is provided within the property for up to two vehicles.
