Description

Costa's House is located in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 1.20 kilometers from the beach. The house is situated in a quieter part of the village, near the old traditional area of Nikiti, and is suitable for accommodating up to 6 adults.

Accommodation

Costa's House is organized as a detached house spread over several levels and includes a living room with a kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, terraces, and a spacious courtyard with a garden.

The living room is located on the elevated ground floor and is intended for guests’ daily relaxation and stay. This area features a corner sofa bed, flat-screen TV, fireplace, and air conditioning. The living room opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the sea in the distance, the village of Nikiti, and the surrounding area.

On the upper floor, there is one bedroom furnished with a French bed, next to which is a bathroom equipped with a shower. On the ground floor, there is a second bedroom, also furnished with a French bed, with an additional toilet located nearby.

The kitchen is connected to the living room and is functionally equipped for meal preparation during the stay. Guests have access to a stove with oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and basic kitchen equipment for everyday use.

The outdoor area includes a large courtyard with a garden, an outdoor seating area, and a barbecue intended for food preparation during the stay.

The house is air-conditioned and Wi-Fi internet is provided. Guests have access to a washing machine, hair dryer, iron, electric blankets, fans, mosquito nets, bed linen, and towels. The accommodation also features a private entrance and soundproofing.

Private parking is provided within the property.

Cleaning service, as well as bed linen and towel replacement, is performed in the middle of the stay.
