• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: The tourist tax (2 € per day/room) is not included in regular prices.
• Children up to 3.99 years old stay for free.
• Cleaning service upon request - 10 EUR (possible every 5 nights).
• Laundry service (upon request) - 10 EUR/ per service.
• Extra set of bed linen & towels (upon request) - 10 EUR/ per service.
• Frying is not allowed in the accommodation.
• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.
• Check-in: 15:00-22:00; check-out: 08:00-11:00.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 31 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, or in case of a no-show, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Bungalows Anestis are located on the beautiful coast of Tristinik in the city of Toroni, in Sithonia, at a distance of 150m from the beach.

Accommodation

This facility contains 7 studios located in a green and quiet environment with a large fenced area and offers its guests a quiet holiday away from the noise.

Premium Studio - Accommodation unit with an area of about 22 m² and has its own separate private entrance. It is equipped with one double bed and one bunk bed, it is suitable for two adults and two children. There is a fully equipped kitchen which includes a kettle, combined fridge and glass ceramic hob. The private bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. There is also a terrace with outdoor furniture, a barbecue is available for guests.

Great accommodation, has everything you need while on vacation: phenomenal, large yard that is most of the day in the shade and suitable for children and pets, parking space in the shade, and the bungalows themselves are equipped with all the things that are necessary (air conditioning, hob, barbecue, bathroom with always hot water ...) The most beautiful of all is that the beautiful beach is very close, so if you came to rest - you do not need to start the car at all ... For some, the only drawback could be that the bungalows are quite far from any store, cafe or restaurant, but in my opinion that is the advantage of these bungalows. Also, extremely friendly hosts, a wonderful family who will meet you for anything you need or lack. We will be happy to stay with them again, whenever they have accomodation available!
