Cancelation policy

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Description

Avra Studio is located in Hanioti, on the Kassandra peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 140 meters from the beach. The studio is suitable for up to 3 guests.

Accommodation

Avra Studio is a compact unit where the sleeping and living areas are combined, along with a separate kitchen and bathroom.

The space includes a double bed for two persons, while an additional sleeping option is provided in the form of a sofa bed. The living area is equipped with a TV and basic furniture for relaxation.

The kitchen is separate and functionally equipped for preparing meals during the stay. The bathroom is private and fitted with a shower, while basic toiletries are provided.

The studio also features a terrace with seating furniture, suitable for outdoor use.

The unit is air-conditioned and offers Wi-Fi internet. Guests also have access to a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, as well as a fireplace.

The accommodation is suitable for children and infants, and a baby crib can be provided upon request.

Parking is available as public street parking near the property.
