Description

Areti House is located 350 meters from the beach on the Sithonia peninsula. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 adults and 3 children and features two spacious terraces.

Accommodation

Organized as a maisonette, this accommodation unit is spread over two levels connected by stairs.

The first level (raised ground floor) consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large terrace with an outdoor dining area.

The upper floor features two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a sofa bed), a bathroom, and a terrace furnished with a table and chairs.

The property is equipped with air conditioning in all three rooms, free Wi-Fi internet access, a TV, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided, and barbecue facilities are available upon request.

The property does not have private parking. Free street parking is available in the surrounding area, but a parking space cannot be guaranteed.
