Ion Premium Villa

• The above prices are in EUR per unit/per night.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (8€ per day/per villa) not included in regular prices.
• Persons aged 12 and above are considered adults.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The hospitality of extra persons is not allowed.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• 50% cancellation fee is charged if a cancellation of the reservation has been made within the period of 21 days to 30 days, from the date of check in.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• For pre-term departures, there is a cancellation fee equal to the 50% of the remaining rental period (Law 1652/86 Gov.Gaz.167A)
