Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

8 Boutique Suites is located in Nea Potidea, on the Kassandra peninsula. The beach is approximately 150 m away. The complex is set within a landscaped and fenced garden and offers a swimming pool, private parking, and a pleasant atmosphere for a relaxing stay. Each accommodation unit has a private entrance, as well as a private terrace or garden area with outdoor seating. Portable BBQ grills are also available for guests to use during their stay.

The terrace offers a partial sea view.
• Inspiration Suite No. 7 – Suitable for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children and located on the first floor. The bedroom is furnished with one double bed, while the living room features a sofa bed suitable for two additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, kitchen utensils, microwave, and two ceramic hobs. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Guests of this suite can enjoy a partial view of the sea and the surrounding forest.
• Pride Suite No. 8 – Suitable for up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. The first bedroom is furnished with one double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The living room features a sofa bed suitable for two additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, kitchen utensils, microwave, and two ceramic hobs. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
Guests can relax in the landscaped garden and enjoy the swimming pool with a separate children's section, reserved exclusively for the guests of the complex. Each accommodation unit is provided with one sunbed by the pool, while parasols are available free of charge.
Guests have access to a flat-screen TV in every room, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, and a hairdryer.
Housekeeping, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is provided every two days. Bed linen is washed and ironed at high temperatures, each suite is thoroughly disinfected after every departure, and high hygiene standards are maintained throughout the property.
Nearby, guests will find Nea Moudania with supermarkets, a health center, and various other facilities, as well as numerous restaurants and traditional taverns. The well-known Agios Mamas Beach, featuring several beach bars, is only a few minutes' drive away.
Pets are not allowed.
One private parking space is provided for each accommodation unit.
