Cancelation policy

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Coel Luxury Suite 1 is located in Nea Potidea, on the Kassandra peninsula in the Halkidiki region, approximately 135 meters from the beach. The suite accommodates up to 4 adults and is situated on the ground floor.

Coel Luxury Suite 1 features one bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one private bathroom, a terrace, and a paved courtyard.

The bedroom is furnished with one large double bed suitable for two guests. The living room includes two sofa beds, providing sleeping arrangements for two additional guests, allowing the suite to accommodate up to four people in total.

The living room is connected to the kitchen and has direct access to the terrace, serving as the central area for daily activities and relaxation.

The kitchen is equipped for independent meal preparation during your stay. Guests have access to a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, toaster, coffee maker, tea and coffee facilities, electric kettle, cookware, kitchen utensils, serving dishes, and cleaning supplies.
