• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Description
The Butterfly House is located 2.3 km from the town beach of Nea Potidea, on the Kassandra peninsula. The house is situated on an elevated position next to the coast and offers an impressive sea view. It is suitable for 6 guests.
Accommodation
The house has three bedrooms – two with double beds and a third one with two single beds. The spacious and bright living room includes a corner sofa and a dining table.
The kitchen area is intended for preparing light meals and refreshments (it does not include a stove). It is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee machine, and electric kettle.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Guests have access to a covered veranda with outdoor seating and dining area, offering a beautiful sea and garden view, as well as free private parking.
