A2 House is located in Nea Potidea, within the Nea Propontida area, on the Halkidiki peninsula, approximately 475 meters from the beach. The house is situated in a quieter part of the area and is suitable for accommodating up to 6 persons.

Accommodation

A2 House is organized as a detached house and includes a living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, a terrace, and an outdoor area with a courtyard and garden.

The living room is intended for daily relaxation and guests’ stay and is connected to the kitchen and dining area. This space features a seating area, Smart TV, and air conditioning. Additional sleeping space is arranged in the living room through a sofa bed suitable for accommodating two persons.

The house features two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom contains two single beds. Guests also have access to storage space for clothes and amenities intended for a more comfortable stay.

The kitchen is functionally equipped for preparing meals during the stay. Guests have access to a stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, dining table, as well as basic kitchen utensils and dishes for everyday use.

The bathroom is private and equipped with a shower and basic toiletries. Towels, a hairdryer, and bathroom amenities are available to guests.

The outdoor area includes a courtyard, garden, and terrace intended for outdoor stay. Guests also have access to an outdoor barbecue for food preparation during the stay.
