Cancelation policy

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Description

Violeta Apartment is located in Nea Flogita, within the Nea Propontida area on the Halkidiki peninsula, approximately 280 meters from the beach. The apartment is suitable for accommodation of up to 5 guests.

Accommodation

Violeta Apartment is organized as a single accommodation unit and includes a living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, a terrace, and access to an outdoor area with a garden.

Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds intended for two persons each. The living room is arranged as a space for relaxation and additional accommodation and includes an extra folding bed suitable for one person. This area also features a TV and air conditioning.

The kitchen is part of the apartment and is functionally equipped for meal preparation during the stay. It is connected to the dining area and includes essential appliances and utensils for everyday use. The bathroom is private and equipped with a shower and basic toiletries.
