Cancelation policy
• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Description
Maro House is located in Nea Flogita, on the Kassandra peninsula, in the Halkidiki region, approximately 1.44 km from the beach. The property consists of one house that accommodates up to 8 guests. Guests have access to a landscaped garden, a terrace with outdoor furniture, private parking, a barbecue area, and free Wi-Fi internet, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends.
Accommodation
Maro House features four bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one private bathroom, an additional WC, a terrace, and a landscaped garden.
Three bedrooms are furnished with double beds, accommodating two guests each, while the fourth bedroom is equipped with a trundle bed suitable for two guests.
The living room is designed for everyday relaxation and shared gatherings. It is furnished with a TV and connected to the kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering. Guests have access to a dishwasher, toaster, coffee and tea maker, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, cookware, basic cooking essentials, and a trash compactor.
The house has one private bathroom equipped with a shower, washbasin, and WC, as well as an additional separate WC. Guests are provided with a hairdryer, shampoo, liquid soap, shower gel, conditioner, and hot water throughout their stay.
The property is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, washing machine, iron, ironing board, mosquito nets, portable fans, clothing storage, bed linen, towels, and a private entrance.
Guests can enjoy a terrace with outdoor furniture, a landscaped garden, and a barbecue area intended for outdoor dining and relaxation.
A baby cot is available upon request.
Private parking is available on site free of charge.
