Villa Oasis is a seaside summer holiday vacation rental offering self-catering accommodation. In a traditional countryside complex, next to pinewood and sandy beach, we offer 4 apartments and 2 studios for rent. All of them are air-conditioned, with a fully equipped kitchen and free Wi-Fi internet connection. All of them offer a superb view over the sea the beach and the pinewoods of north Kassandra.

The traditional countryside house is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden with parking, barbeque and children playing yard. The only road access to the seashore, 100 meters away, starts from the property. So the long sandy beach is practically privet. Sea is clear shallow and proper for children.

Apartments

Villa Oasis is a traditional style seaside villa offering self-catering summer vacations. There are 2 apartments for rent on the ground floor, 2 ones in the middle and 2 studios for rent on the top floor. All of them offer the panoramic view over one of the most magnificent landscapes of Halkidiki. The blue sea, the long beach and the extended pinewood of the east coast of Kassandra.

Each ground floor apartment has the entrance from the front side, from its privet patio in the garden. It sleeps up to 5 adults, 3 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room. 

Each middle floor apartment has the entrance from the back side (from an extended patio that is 5 steps above ground level) and a privet balcony in the front. It sleeps up to 4 adults, 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room.

Each top floor studio has the entrance from the back side (17 steps higher) and a 40m2 privet terrace with breathtaking view. It has a double bed and a bunk in the bedroom. The kitchen is in an extension of the same room.

All our self-catering apartments and studios are equipped with full cooking facilities. Kitchens are in an extension of the living rooms. They are fully equipped, with a big fridge, stove with oven, coffee machine, kettle, sandwich maker, and all kitchenware and tableware for 6 persons. They also have the bathroom with shower and free hot water.

There are two dining places with tables and chairs. The first is in the kitchen and the second outdoors in the terrace, the balcony or the patio. During the summer the actual living room is outdoors where you can enjoy the superb view, the cool sea breeze, the perfume of flowers and the calm and magic summer nights of Chalkidiki.

Facilities

All studios and apartments are traditionally furnished and fully air-conditioned with one independent unit and one ceiling fan in each room. Normally air-condition is not needed because of the sea breeze that blows during the warm hours of the day. And the hotter the day is, the stronger the sea breeze.

Free hot water is supplied to bathrooms and Kitchens.  Linen and towels are changed twice a week. Studios and apartments have all cleaning tools and we deliver them clean. TV set, hairdryer, clock radio, mini safe, iron and iron board, can be found in each one. Free broadband Wi-Fi internet connection is covering all of them. There is also a washing machine for common use, and baby cot and high chair upon request. Accommodation units offer mosuito net, mini/safe, ceiling fan. There are sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.

Garden

Villa Oasis does not offer only rooms to let or apartments just for bed and breakfast. Our countryside villa is not only built in a magnificent landscape of Kassandra, next to pinewood and sandy beach but it is also surrounded by a beautiful privet flower garden. Living in our garden is one more reason to make your summer vacations in Chalkidiki unforgettable.

The 4000sqm property of Villa Oasis is open to the forest area. You can enjoy sea and forest view sitting in garden furniture under the shadow of big pine trees.

The barbeque area is the most beloved place after the beach. You can grill on coal and enjoy dining with friends, or just relax with a book and your afternoon coffee. The big refrigerator keeps your drinks frozen while you are enjoying the music system and the cool sea breeze that blows the warm hours of the day. Next to the barbeque, there is a child playing yard with swings and parking area for 12 cars under the shadow of big trees.

But most of all we are proud about our flowers that blossom all summer. Our flowerbeds, bushes, and trees are carefully chosen to join with harmony the pinewood of the coast. Their colors, shapes, and perfumes make our place a small paradise, a real oasis next to the wild nature of the coast.

Location

Villa Oasis apartments and studios is the ideal place to start your day excursions to discover Chalkidiki, the secret paradise of Greece. It is in the middle of all distances. We are located 75 km south of Thessaloniki at the beginning of Kassandra, the first peninsula of Chalkidiki. The long sandy beaches of Kassandra, the small bays of Sithonia, the wild forests of mount Holomontas and the tour of the monasteries of Mount Athos by boat are waiting for you.

We are also in the middle between New Potidea and New Fokea or New Moudania (commercial center) and Kallithea, (nightlife center) or Afitos (traditional village) and Sani complex (luxury resort). The wildest nightlife, the most luxury resorts and the best cultural events of Chalkidiki are less than 15km away.
