The luxury Villa Maria 1 facility is located in Toroni, about 150 m from the beach, on the Sithonia peninsula, and offers quality accommodation in renovated, modernly decorated bungalows. The units are suitable for up to 3 adults and up to 4 people with a child.
Accommodation
Bungalows are a good choice for those who expect privacy and rest, because they have a fully landscaped garden. Bungalow 1 and bungalow 2 are located next to each other, so they are suitable for the simultaneous stay of 2 families or two groups of friends.
Bungalow 1 (with one bedroom), 35 m2, is equipped with a French bed and sofas, and is suitable for up to 4 adults and 1 child. In addition to the equipped bathroom with shower, the bungalow also has a modern, equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and a ceramic hob.
It has a separate bedroom, with a French bed, air conditioning and TV. The room has access to a large terrace with outdoor furniture, and guests can also use the garden with deckchairs, a hammock and a barbecue.
The unit also has parking for guests, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Cleaning is done every 3 days, as well as changing bed linen and towels.
Bungalow 2 (22 m2) is equipped with a French bed and bunk beds and is suitable for up to 3 adults. Recommended for couples and families with one child. In addition to the equipped bathroom with a shower, the unit also has a modern kitchen with a ceramic hob and a refrigerator.
It has a large terrace with outdoor furniture, and this unit is characterized by a beautiful garden with deckchairs, a hammock and a barbecue, where guests can relax and rest.
The unit is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi internet and TW.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, as well as cleaning.
