Cancelation policy

• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Villa Mare Vista is located in Nea Potidea, on the Kassandra peninsula, in the Halkidiki region. The villa is situated just 20 meters from the sea, offering uninterrupted sea views, while the nearest organized beach is approximately 565 meters away. It accommodates up to 8 guests and is an excellent choice for families or groups of friends looking for comfortable accommodation close to the coast.
