• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• Minimum stay - 6 nights
• Laundry service - 5 EUR per service
• Extra charge for the entrance of non-guest - 10 EUR per person

• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Valti Villas is a new complex built in the front of the Valti beach in Sykia, on the peninsula of Sithonia. The complex has a large yard that is suitable for children to play and enjoy the fresh air and natural surroundings.

Accommodation

Valti Villas consists of 20 apartments and studios located on the ground floor, next to each other. All of the units have air-conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, TV and mosquito nets.

Each apartment has bedroom with a double bed and kitchen area with sofa bed. Studios have a double bed that is separate by a wall and a sofa bed. They offer a side sea view from the terrace.

The replacement of bed linen and towels is done after 6 days. There is a private parking.

The price difference is explained by the position of the units - the closer to the sea, the higher the price.

Sunbeds & umbrellas on the beach can be used with ordered drink.
