Topaz Suites consists of smaller and larger villas that can accommodate up to 3 or 5 guests. The smaller villas feature one bedroom, a living room, two private bathrooms, a terrace, a private swimming pool, and a garden. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed suitable for two guests. The living room includes a sofa bed measuring 140 x 180 cm, suitable for one additional guest. The living room serves as the central area for everyday use during the stay.

The villa has two private bathrooms intended exclusively for the guests of the accommodation unit. Guests have access to a refrigerator for storing food and beverages, as well as a space for preparing simple meals during their stay. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, a Smart TV, a safe, bed linen, towels, and hot water throughout the stay.

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, a landscaped garden, and a terrace furnished with outdoor seating furniture.

The larger villas are similar to the smaller ones but include an additional bedroom, allowing accommodation for up to 5 adults. Each villa features two bedrooms, a living room, three private bathrooms, a terrace, a private swimming pool, and a garden.

The two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while additional sleeping arrangements allow accommodation for up to five guests in total. The living room serves as the main shared space for relaxation and everyday activities. The villa has three private bathrooms intended exclusively for the guests of the accommodation unit.
