Tia Apartment

Tia Apartment is located in Perea, about 40m from the beach. It is a completely renovated apartment in a residential building, in an excellent location. Guests have two deckchairs and an umbrella at their disposal.
Parking is possible along the street, there is usually enough space. A guaranteed parking space is not provided.

The proximity to the promenade, restaurants and taverns makes Tia Apartment the perfect choice for a quiet and relaxed vacation. The beach is several kilometers long, and along it are lined restaurants, taverns, cafes and, of course, a promenade where you can walk for hours.

Nea Epivates is almost connected to Perea, and Agia Triada is close by. There is a daily boat from Pereja to the center of Thessaloniki. The ride takes 35 minutes and costs 6e per person. There is also a city bus to Thessaloniki. Halkidiki is only fifty kilometers away, so you can enjoy the beautiful beaches of this beautiful peninsula.

If you would like to go shopping, Ikea, Jumbo and Cosmos, the largest shopping center in Thessaloniki, are a few minutes' drive away. There is also a Lidl supermarket in Pereja. As the airport is close, the place is also attractive for people coming by plane.
