Theano Maisonettes is a facility located on the Sithonia peninsula, 3 kilometers from the center of Sarti and 260 meters from Platania beach. It offers air-conditioned accommodation for up to 6 people with a sea view, a pleasant garden, and a restaurant.

Accommodation

The building consists of a Medium Maisonette for up to 4 people and a Big Maisonette for up to 6 people. Medium Maisonette has 30m², and two joined single beds in the bedroom upstairs. The ground floor features a living room with two sofa beds, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

Big Maisonette has 45m² and features a bedroom on the gallery with a double bed, and another bedroom with two single beds on the ground floor. There are also a living room with two sofa beds, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

The units are equipped with Wi-Fi internet and television. They have private bathrooms with showers, hairdryers, and towels, and kitchens with fridges, dishes, electric kettles, and two-burner stoves. Each has a furnished private terrace with a view of the sea and the hills.

The facility is located in a relaxing environment, surrounded by a green garden. A restaurant of Greek cuisine is also part of the complex. There is free parking on the premises, pets are allowed, and barbecue facilities are available to guests.
