• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid in cash the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Thalassa Rooms is a new complex built 80 meters from the beach in Skala Potamia on Thassos Island. The location of the complex offers easy and direct access to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, car and motorcycle rentals and the beach.

The units can accommodate up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children.

Accommodation

The complex consists of 6 modern and fully equipped ground floor units - one studio and five maisonettes. All units have a separate entry with a front floor balcony, double king size beds and anatomic mattress, kitchenette with equipment, bathroom and air-contitioning. Included for each apartment we offer free WiFi internet access, sattelite TV, a parking lot in a shaded area (under olive trees), outdoor barbecue, fresh linen and towels.

They cover an area of 35-40m². The ground floor is visible from the first floor.

All maisonettes (Adriatic, Baltic, Caspia, Marmara, Mediterranean) contain the well equipped kitchen, the bathroom with shower and a double bed on the ground floor, while on the first floor there is a smaller double bed. Only one maisonette has a small balcony on the upper floor. Extra bed for children can be added. Max persons: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

The Caribbean studio (27m² ) is the smallest unit with a double bed, suitable for couples. Max persons: 2 adults or 2 adults + 1 child with extra bed if needed (ranch).

Cleaning is done on a daily basis, while towels and bed linen are replaced after 3-4 days.

In the backyard there are 2 barbecues and a sitting area.
