Cancelation policy

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Description

Terra Petra Luxury Villas is located in Vourvourou, on the Sithonia peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 140 meters from the beach. The complex consists of two separate villas – Luna Villa and Gaia Villa – each accommodating up to 7 guests. Both properties feature private swimming pools, landscaped gardens, private parking, and amenities suitable for family holidays or stays with small groups of friends.

Accommodation

Luna Villa features two bedrooms, an open-plan living room with a kitchen and dining area, two private bathrooms, a terrace, a private swimming pool, and a garden.

The villa can accommodate up to seven guests. The two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the living room includes two sofa beds that can accommodate additional guests. The living room is connected to the kitchen and serves as the central area for spending time together during the stay.

The kitchen is equipped for independent meal preparation. Guests have access to a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee and tea maker, electric kettle, basic cooking essentials, cookware, serving dishes, and kitchen utensils.

The villa has two private bathrooms equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Guests are provided with a hairdryer, shampoo, liquid soap, shower gel, conditioner, and hot water throughout their stay.

Luna Villa is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, TV, a washing machine, iron, clothes hangers, mosquito nets, bed linen, and towels.

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, a terrace with a seating area, a landscaped garden, and barbecue facilities. The villa has a private entrance and provides a high level of privacy for families or groups of friends.

Gaia Villa features two bedrooms, an open-plan living room with a kitchen and dining area, two private bathrooms, a terrace, a private swimming pool, and a garden.

The villa is intended for up to seven guests. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds. The living room includes two sofa beds that can accommodate additional guests. This area is connected to the kitchen and serves as the main living space during the stay.

A baby cot is available upon request in both villas.

Private parking is available free of charge at both villas. Outdoor lighting has been installed around the property to provide additional safety during the evening hours.
