Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Sunset Studios Toroni is located just 10 meters from the beach, right on the promenade in Toroni, Sithonia.

Guests can use the barbecue and private parking on the promenade.

On the ground floor, there is a cafeteria with sunbeds on the beach where you can enjoy your breakfast or a drink while admiring the sea view and the sun.

Accommodation

Sunset Studios Toroni has 12 studios and apartments: 8 older and 4 newly built.

The studios are fully equipped and they can accommodate 2-4 persons. The Studios have been recently renovated and they are equipped with air conditioning, TV, kitchenette and bathroom. Another option is a two-bedroom apartment for 4-5 people.

Back Side Apartments A and B

Just behind the building of Sunset Studios and in the same piece of land there is one spacious studio apartment (A) with one double bed and one single bed, there is also a double apartment (B) which has: two separate bedrooms, 1 bedroom has one double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. Both of the apartments are fully equipped with: separate kitchen (including kitchen utensils), bathroom, TV-SAT, air condition, Wi-Fi, balcony where you can sit and enjoy your meal. The apartments were fully refurbished in the beginning of 2015. They are only few meters away from the beach and their ideal location makes them perfect for your holidays.

New Sunset suites

Every Suite is brand new, has a sea view with an amazing Sunset is 40 square meters, and it can fit 4 adults. They are located on the top floor and these are suites: No9, No10, No11, No12.

Linen and towels are changing every 5 days.

There is a free private parking with limited number of spots - it can accommodate 9 vehicles, while others may be parked on the street in front of the accommodation.
